Appear for STAC Interview & Entrance Assessments
Participate in the evaluation and counseling assessments required for your program track:.
Personal STAC (Seamedu Technical Assessment and Counseling) Interview is mandatory for all applicants. Our academic counselor will contact shortlisted candidates to schedule the session.
BCA & BBA applicants: Must appear for the ACET (Ajeenkya Common Entrance Test).
MBA applicants: Must appear for the AICET (Ajeenkya Common Entrance Test).
MCA applicants: Must appear for MAH CET / designated entrance examination.
B.Tech applicants: Must have a valid score in recognized Engineering entrance exams (JEE / MHT-CET or equivalent).

Admission Decision & Merit List
Applicants will be promptly notified of the admission decision based on STAC and entrance performance (merit list declared within 10 days).
In case of a favorable admission decision, Seamedu will issue an official Selection Letter for Admission.
- Step 5
Seat Reservation & Admission Confirmation
Upon receiving the Selection Letter, the student will have 5 days to confirm their admission and reserve their seat by paying the commencement fee for the selected course.
After payment of the commencement fee, payment confirmation will be issued within 3 days, followed by an official Provisional Admission Letter.
Applicants placed on the waitlist will be notified promptly as seats become available.
After completing the above steps, you will receive confirmation of your application submission for Seamedu Course Admissions via your registered email ID.

To be eligible for admission to Seamedu Undergraduate programs, you need to meet the following criteria:
Must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates).
ACET for BCA and BBA.
Personal STAC Interview is mandatory.

Can international students in India work part-time while they study?
No. According to law, the Government of India does not permit international students to work while they study in India.
Do international students in India need to have any insurance?
All international students must have health and travel insurance.
What documents should I have upon arrival?
Upon arrival in India, you should carry your immunization records, medical fitness report, and relevant endorsed student visa.
What registrations must international students do after arrival?
You need to ensure your documentation and registration are completed with Customs, the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer (FRRO), and the local police within 14 days of arrival in India.

What is the eligibility for a student visa to study in India?
Student visas are granted based on confirmed letters of admission from recognized educational institutions in India, issued for the duration of the course or up to five years. Self-financing students require university admission letters, while research scholars need project approval and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned ministries.
Does Seamedu provide accommodation assistance?
Yes, Seamedu provides accommodation assistance. You can contact our student guidance counselors to learn more about verified stay facilities and hostels located near the campuses.
What should I do if I make a mistake while filling out my online admission application?
If you notice an error in your application, contact Seamedu's admissions team or student support team as soon as possible. You can email your query to student.success@seamedu.com for assistance with correcting your application details before the admission process progresses.
Are international qualifications such as A-Levels, IB and American High School certificates accepted by Seamedu?
Yes. Seamedu's published eligibility criteria for B.Tech programs recognise A-Level, IB, American 12th Grade and equivalent qualifications, provided applicants meet the prescribed subject and minimum marks requirements. Students applying to other programs should confirm the acceptance of their international qualifications with the admissions team.
Can international students apply for postgraduate programs using their bachelor's degree from another country?
Yes. International students can apply for postgraduate programs at Seamedu using a bachelor's degree obtained from a recognised institution in their home country. Applicants must submit their bachelor's degree transcripts and meet the program-specific eligibility requirements. Academic transcripts must also be attested by the Ministry of Higher Education in their country as part of the confirmed admission documentation process.
Are students required to submit an equivalence certificate for foreign academic qualifications?
International students may need to provide an equivalence certificate or other academic recognition documents depending on their qualification and the program they are applying for. Seamedu requires international applicants to submit their academic transcripts, attested by the Ministry of Higher Education in their country. Students should confirm the specific equivalence requirements with the admissions team before applying.
Is appearing for the STAC interview mandatory for every applicant?
Yes. According to Seamedu's published admission guidelines, the STAC (Seamedu Technical Assessment and Counselling) personal interview is a mandatory part of the selection process for Indian undergraduate and postgraduate applicants. International applicants must also complete the STAC assessment as part of their application process.
Is the STAC interview conducted online for students applying from outside India?
Seamedu conducts online STAC interviews for B.Tech applicants. International applicants applying from outside India should contact the admissions team at student.success@seamedu.com to confirm the interview format and schedule.
Do I need to submit original academic certificates during the application process?
No. During the initial application process, students can upload scanned copies of their academic documents through the Seamedu Online Application Platform. However, international students must carry their original academic documents to India for verification during the final admission process. All original documents are returned after verification.
Can international students join Seamedu with a tourist visa?
No. International students must obtain an appropriate endorsed Student Visa to pursue their studies at Seamedu. After receiving their Provisional Admission Letter, students can apply for a Student Visa at the nearest Indian Embassy or Indian Mission in their country. A tourist visa is not a substitute for a Student Visa.
